Door Interlocks provide protection of access doors at machines. The devices are for key-operated mechanical interlocks and are based on the premise that a key cannot be in two places at the same time. It can be inserted in a switch, or used for operating a guard. The key can only become free in a safe condition when there are no hazards: like a switch is turned off, or a guard interlock is closed and locked.
